Warranty Coverage

We offer a 5-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship on our furniture frames and upholstery. This warranty applies to issues that were present at the time of purchase or have occurred due to defects existing at the time of purchase. The 5-year warranty period is calculated from the date of the original invoice.

During the warranty period, Alex Behanan Designs, at its sole discretion, will repair, replace, or issue a credit note for the defective product, part, or component.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following situations (non-exhaustive list):

  1. Consequential or incidental damages.
  2. Normal wear and tear, including scratches, cuts, dents, or accidental damage.
  3. Natural variations in wood, fabric, or other materials where samples are only indicative.
  4. Improper storage, assembly, or maintenance of the product.
  5. Misuse, abuse, or use of incorrect cleaning methods.
  6. Unauthorized alterations or repairs.
  7. Use in outdoor or excessively humid environments unless specifically designed for such conditions.

This 5-year warranty applies to products purchased from 1 January 2025 onwards.
